FMBA Local 7 Member Needs Our Help!

As some of you may know, one of our Brothers, Jayson Armstead, a Plainfield FMBA Local 7 member and his family fell victim to a house fire that destroyed their home and with it took all of their belongings. Luckily, no one was injured though the family did lose two family cats.

Jayson is a dedicated firefighter, Air Force Veteran, husband and father of 3 girls (ages 19 and 14). We are asking for the support of our membership to help The Armstead family get back on their feet. NJ FMBA to endorse Congressman Bill Pascrell on Tuesday, January 7th

From our most veteran firefighters to our probationary members, it is not an exaggeration to say that no elected official has been more consequential to the safety of our careers than Congressman Bill Pascrell. Throughout his career in Washington he has fought for firefighters, and all first responders, pushing every single day to make sure we have the resources we need for training, equipment, manpower, and more.

When it comes to the federal government, Bill Pascrell is our #1 fighter.

It is for these reasons that the NJ FMBA is proud to once again offer Congressman Bill Pascrell our full endorsement as he seeks reelection later this year.

NJ FMBA members from all over the state will be joining us as we thank this fierce fighter for public safety for all that he has done to make our jobs, and the communities we serve, safer, when we make this endorsement official at a special event on Tuesday, January 7.

Please join us at Bill Pascrell Jr. Fire Headquarters, 300 McBride Avenue, Paterson, at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
