The. NJ FMBA Memorial Service form is now available online. The NJ FMBA recognizes active and retired members that were lost each year at our annual NJ FMBA September Convention. If your local has lost an active or retired member, and wish to have them recognized at the September Convention, please fill out the online form. The form can be found at www.njfmba.org/memorial
