The Annual Valor Awards: Recognizing Extraordinary Service in New Jersey
In the world of firefighting, acts of exceptional courage often go unnoticed by the general public. The New Jersey State Firefighters Mutual Benevolent Association (NJFMBA) works to change that through its annual Valor Awards, celebrating the extraordinary bravery demonstrated by firefighters across the state.
During the March 2025 meeting, Bill Brower provided details about the upcoming Valor Dinner, scheduled for April 26, 2025, at the Pines Manor in Edison. This prestigious event honors firefighters who have gone above and beyond the call of duty, often risking their lives to save others.
"This is a classy show and will be a great night for the members and your families to see what we do," President Ed Donnelly remarked, encouraging locals to support the event."
2025 COOKED AND UNCORKED TICKETS ARE NOW ON SALE!
Tickets are on sale now for the 2025 NJ FMBA Cooked and Uncorked Department Cookoff!
The event will take place at the Pines Manor in Edison, on Monday, February 24th, 2025 from 6:00PM to 9:000PM. Doors will open at 5:00PM.
The tickets will be limited to the first 600 sold so be sure to get them before they sell out!!!
The cost for each ticket is $75. Please be sure to print your ticket to bring for admittance as tickets will only be sold online.
